A relaxing day ignoring Wimbledon and sitting in the sun finishing my book, 1Q84, a fantastic and complex read by Haruki Murikami. Then I get to start the new book Tom got me, The Ocean at The End of The Lane by Neil Gaiman... his first novel in a while - I'm raa good day for reading.
3 gigs upcoming this week, Bottalinis as usual on Wednesday, Chipping Norton at a charity fundraiser with a new band I've set up for one gig only (I've called us Domino) should be fun as the people organising it are lovely, and Sunday night at the Miner's Hall again, a fun crown there. In-between all this, I have rehearsals aplenty, sets to learn for the C'Mon Everybody Show and a 4 day a week desk job! Life is nothing if it's not busy!
This post is dedicated to the Wimbledon Men's Final as I've never known men with that much stamina...
