Not Losing Weight

Seriously, I'm eating under 1200 calories a day, and exercising, and I've only lost 3llbs in 3.5 weeks. When they said your metabolism slows down after 30 they weren't wrong, what do I have to do? I'm not going to get to my goal weight until I'm 40 at this rate! LOOK AT MY FAT FACE! *sigh*

Anyway, another thrilling week... however leading into a great weekend! I have recently been offered a last minute slot at the National Hunt in Cheltenham for this Friday, it's my first time there and I was recommended to them as fabulous and reliable, so I'm hoping some of my 'supporters' can come along!

Then, after my recovery on Saturday, I have a show at the Roses Theatre, Tewkesbury on Sunday night  - tickets here. Should be ace fun as I get to prance about pretending to be Little Miss Dynamite (Brenda Lee) - it somehow suits me don't you think?!

Then - it's actually, finally, the week of ALCHEMY!! To say I'm excited is an understatement, I'm also terrified and hope I can do them proud... Saturday night is sold out, but we have tickets for Thurs/Fri and Sat Matinee still on sale...

Keep in mind that it is easier to get energy from muscles than from fat. So your body will go for that energy first unless the muscles are being used on a regular basis.

Just a FYI.

Keep at it! And send any cake/chocolate my way :D

1lb a week is the ideal for weight to stay off, anymore and you just put it back on again.
